The Real Princess

I just recently found out that Princess Diana died in Paris. She died in a car accident in the Pont d'Alma road tunnel in Paris. They have an unofficial memorial site for her at the Flamme de la Liberté (Flame of Liberty) near Pont d'Alma and I had to go see it. The messages of condolence are continuously removed however visitors still leave messages at the site in her memory.

Être Libre De Temps En Temps

Paris is so pretty in the spring, makes me want to stay out for hours. Parisians have a very chilled lifestyle which I love. No hustle, No bustle. Can't blame them, if I lived here I'd be mad if I don't have time to take it all in and appreciate it. Which is why the French live by the phrase "Être Libre De Temps En Temps" which means to be free from to time.

My friend, Astrid & I decided to make best of the weather and live like the Parisians do

Pont Alexandre III

This is one of the famous bridges in Paris and is frequently featured in movies and videos. This was the bridge where Adele shot her "Someone Like You" video. The ending scene of Midnight in Paris was shot on this bridge too.

Jardin du Trocadero

After walking for a while, we stopped and had lunch at Jardin du Trocadero. Quite amazing cause the Jardin is beautiful with its fountains, flowers, and sculptures and the Eiffel Tower is right in front of you. This was definitely a 'wow' moment for me
Had something in my mouth lol

Isn't She Lovely?

For the longest time I've been obsessed with Paris. I could never explain why but it's always been that way. My room is filled with pictures of the Eiffel Tower. Somehow I knew someday I'd go to Paris, and get to see La Tour Eiffel myself.  Best believe the first time I went to see it, I was in awe and quite speechless. Don't think I would ever get over that feeling.

So beautiful!!

Bises!
